Patient Portal
Your secure patient portal gives you 24/7 access to your dental records, treatment plans, and account information. Schedule appointments, view your treatment history, access digital forms, and communicate with our office—all from your computer or mobile device.
Digital Forms
Complete your forms online before your appointment. Digital forms are faster, easier to read, and allow us to review your information before you arrive. You can access forms through your patient portal or the link sent in your appointment confirmation.

Payment & Billing
Payment Options
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. For larger treatment plans, we offer financing options to make quality dental care more accessible.
Online Bill Pay
Pay your bill securely online through your patient portal. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Online payments post immediately to your account.
Financing
CareCredit – We offer interest-free payment plans through CareCredit for qualified patients. CareCredit allows you to spread treatment costs over several months with no interest when paid within the promotional period.
Proceed Financing – Alternative financing option for patients who need flexible payment solutions.
Insurance Information
We are a fee-for-service practice, which means we’re not contracted with insurance networks. This allows us to recommend treatment based on what’s best for your oral health—not what insurance dictates.
We file insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy. You’re responsible for your estimated portion at the time of service, and insurance reimburses you directly. We provide detailed treatment estimates so you know what to expect before treatment begins.
Not sure what your insurance covers? We offer complimentary benefits verification. Call our office and we’ll contact your insurance company to determine your coverage and estimate your out-of-pocket costs.
Bring your current insurance card to each appointment. Coverage can change, and we want to make sure we have accurate information when filing your claims.
